Sarah is dedicated to empowering women to navigate life challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose. We offer a complimentary 20 minute discovery session  as well as  coping mechanism guides to support your journey towards inner peace and personal growth.

History

Sarah is an accredited coach and educator with a long-standing commitment to supporting women through periods of change. Her approach is grounded, thoughtful and shaped by decades of experience in education, mental health and social impact.

Sarah spent over 25 years living and working in Zimbabwe before settling back in the UK. Her career has included leading initiatives to tackle drunk driving, setting up learning support programmes for children with dyslexia, and delivering menstrual health education and product that reached thousands of women. In this work, she played a vital role as the link between government, NGOs and vulnerable communities—working both at policy level and directly in the field to ensure practical, sustainable impact. Her efforts contributed to shifts in national policy, always with a focus on real-world change for disadvantaged women and girls.

Across every chapter of her work, the constant has been the same – helping people reconnect with themselves, their voice and what matters most.

Today, Sarah works primarily with women of all ages who have reached a point in life where things look fine on the outside but feel less certain within. These are women who may be questioning the path they’re on, experiencing doubt or simply feeling a little out of step with themselves.

As a mother of four daughters, and someone who’s relocated and rebuilt life across cultures, I understand what it feels like to lose yourself. My coaching is shaped by lived experience, formal training, and a deep respect for each woman’s story.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment with Sarah is easy. Simply click on the 'Book a Session' above and it will take you to Sarah's calendar where you can book a time that suits you. All meetings are done via Zoom. 

What can I expect during a coaching session?

Each session is a chance to slow down, reflect and make sense of what’s feeling unclear. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see what’s really going on beneath the surface.

 

We’ll use practical tools based on psychology and coaching theory, chosen to support what you need that day. Sometimes that means exploring mindset or patterns, other times it’s about clarity, action, or small shifts that make a big difference. You’ll leave feeling clearer and more anchored in yourself.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on the past and on healing. Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to go. It’s future-facing and centred around helping you move forward.

 

Coaching can sit alongside therapy, or stand alone. It offers space for reflection, clarity and meaningful change — without needing to carry the weight of the past.
